GIRL CYBER DEFENCE
A Global Mission Against Cyber Crime
Girls Cyber Defence is a research-driven initiative working to protect girls from online blackmailing, cyber harassment, digital exploitation and psychological manipulation on the internet.
This mission is led by Sumit Parihar, Founder of Binary Raise – Professional Development & Research Center, and has been running independently for the past 3 years through self-funding, without any government grants or external financial support.
During this journey, the mission has helped and guided hundreds of girls who were facing online blackmailing, harassment, and psychological pressure, and in several serious situations it has also played a role in preventing suicidal decisions by providing guidance, awareness and support.
The internet has become one of the most powerful tools in the modern world — but at the same time it has also become a place where criminals exploit fear, emotions and privacy. Girls Cyber Defence was created with the vision of building a strong global network of aware, fearless and responsible women who stand against cyber crime and support victims before situations become irreversible.
Our Vision
The long-term vision of Girls Cyber Defence is to establish a powerful worldwide network of women who understand cyber threats and stand together against digital exploitation.
We believe that awareness, knowledge and collective strength can prevent thousands of crimes before they even begin.
By connecting girls from different cities, states and countries, we are building a research-driven interdisciplinary community where people from different professional backgrounds contribute to the mission.
We especially welcome volunteers from fields such as:
• Law & Legal Studies
• Journalism & Media
• Psychology & Mental Health
• Computer Science & Cyber Security
• Digital Forensics
• Criminology
• Medical & Social Work
These fields together create a powerful interdisciplinary defence system against cyber crime.
About the Volunteer Network
Girls Cyber Defence is expanding its National and International Volunteer Network to strengthen this mission.
Volunteers are not expected to perform difficult tasks or dedicate large amounts of time. The purpose of this network is to build a strong and reliable community that can stand together whenever needed.
Every volunteer represents Girls Cyber Defence in their city, college, professional circle and social network.
This means volunteers act as local representatives of awareness and support, helping the mission grow organically across different regions.
What Volunteers Will Receive
By joining the Girls Cyber Defence Volunteer Network, you become part of a serious and research-driven initiative working against cyber crime.

These sessions are conducted periodically through online meetings and training discussions, ensuring that volunteers stay updated about the latest cyber threats.
Responsibilities of Volunteers
Girls Cyber Defence does not impose heavy workload or strict obligations on volunteers.
However, every volunteer is expected to contribute to the mission in simple but meaningful ways.
Volunteers are expected to:
• Represent Girls Cyber Defence positively in their area
• Support and promote the mission on social media
• Help spread awareness about cyber safety
• Inform the team if they come across cases of online harassment or blackmailing
• Participate in online meetings whenever possible
• Help the mission grow by connecting more responsible people
The strength of this mission lies not in numbers alone, but in the unity and responsibility of its members.
Why This Mission Matters
Every day thousands of girls face:
• Online blackmailing
• Fake relationships and emotional manipulation
• Threats of leaking private images
• Social media hacking
• Psychological harassment
• Digital stalking
Many victims remain silent due to fear, shame or lack of knowledge.
Girls Cyber Defence exists to ensure that no girl feels alone in such situations.
By creating a network of aware individuals, we aim to build a system where support, knowledge and guidance are always available.
Completely Free Program
This volunteer program is completely free of cost.
There are no registration fees, no hidden charges and no financial requirements to join this mission.
The initiative is currently being operated through self-funding by Sumit Parihar, with the belief that meaningful change begins with commitment and collective responsibility.

In addition to awareness activities, a dedicated book titled “Girl Cyber Defence” has also been published, which is available internationally on platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart in more than 154 countries.
